by a full 12 month US & International RTB warranty. All sales are final.
If your item is defective and within warranty, we'll offer a priority reshipment
free of charge. Any shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported
within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We allow 30 days from the date of purchase
in which to notify us of receipt of DOA product. All returned packages will be
inspected, processing can take up to 2 weeks for warranty, exchanges and returns.
Any item sent into us for a refund is subject to a minimum of a 20% restocking
fee of the original purchase price. We also do not refund the original shipping
